Returns and Exchanges
All our products are new and in their original packaging. However, due to manufacturer or logistics errors, defects or problems may occur and we’ll do our very best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Some of our products are shipped out with an international warranty, so if the shipment was defective due to the manufacturer, kindly contact us and we’ll assist you right away. If however, the defect is from our end, we’ll have it exchanged for a new one.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or it did not present itself to you as advertised, we will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us in its original packaging, including all accessories/manuals of the said product.
Items such as undergarments, software, grocery, products with missing serial numbers, personal grooming products, some food products, etc cannot be refunded once opened or used.
Please be advised that we may need to request a photo or a short video showing the defect/damage on the products received, as it is a requirement from merchants for refund/replacement and quality purposes.
You can request a return (including the photo/short video) by contacting us through the phone, Live Chat, or sending a ticket within 14 calendar days of your delivery. The item(s) will be picked up at a scheduled time convenient to you.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by us. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to show on your credit/debit card statement.
